Benefits of Surah Al-Inshirah and Spiritual Practices

Background of Revelation

At that time, pride and wrong beliefs were common among people.
Morally, society was in darkness.
The Kaaba, which was built by Prophet Ibrahim (A.S.) and Prophet Ismail (A.S.) for the worship of Allah, had become a place of idol worship. Around 360 idols were placed inside it.
Even some Jews and Christians showed respect to these idols.
Instead of worshipping Allah alone, people began worshipping others.
There was violence, bloodshed, plotting, and strong opposition everywhere.
In such conditions, a person feels lonely, and only belief in the Oneness of Allah brings peace to the heart.
